End users wanting to use the clientless accelerated dial-up simply need to change the number they dial-up to 0845 638 9474.

End users wanting to use the client version will need to download our software to your PC and change the number you dial-up to 0845 638 9475. To get your copy of the software follow these instructions:

2. Select 'Save' and save the file to your chosen directory

Installation

The instructions you will need to follow to install the client software are below:

1. Download the software to a temporary location

2. Unzip - i.e. extract the files

3. Run the setup.exe file to install the software on your PC

4. Set Access Number to - 0845 638 9475.
